Buying a brand new car has always been a dream for me. My kids were excited about hearing the news about buying a new car and how couldn’t they be. They are my son and inherited some of my traits. I started researching the best car selling company nearby so that I could make a quick deal and buy the car. After about an hour I found out the Audi Milwaukee to be the nest car selling company near me. They had an excellent inventory with brand new as well as pre-owned cars. This was impressive and the model I wanted was featured right on their webpage. I made an appointment over a phone call and asked them about the availability of the model I wanted. They said that it was currently out of stock and would be available after 2 weeks. It was strange because their webpage still featured the model. I went upset but didn’t take much time selecting an alternative.
I decided to meet the manager the next day and talk about the specifications of the car. I came in the next day and met the manager, requested him to show me the car which I selected so that I could finalize the deal. He went away telling me he would be back soon, but he came after half an hour. He then assisted his staff member to show me the car. The staff member seemed to be an introvert and didn’t spill a word until he asked. He didn’t prove to be a good salesman. It was the car that did all the work. The AUDI Q5 had an awesome look and I was ready to buy. I told the manager about my final decision. He fixed the next appointment right after 5 days for the paper works. The wait proved to belong but I went in after 5 days happily, but the manager was not found in his office. When asked about the same, the staff member informed me of his unavailability due to some personal healthcare issues. They could have informed me beforehand so that I could have not missed my office. All these didn’t bother me much and I came after another three days and fortunately, the manager was present and we did all the paper works. I cleared all the payment and then came to know that the car would be delivered to me after 2 weeks because they had to clear out the taxes before leaving the car completely. I was not informed before and I couldn’t help getting mad at them. I couldn’t even ask back for the money. I had to wait for the next 3 weeks until they delivered my car safely. The whole process took more than a month while it takes hardly a week. Therefore, I would suggest a better place than the Audi Milwaukee. They are time-consuming and not punctual or serious with their work. I would not give a zero star to them due to the poor service. Please take your business elsewhere. Thank you!
