I got rid of my old vehicle last week and was deciding to buy a new one. Then I came across the Audi Salt Lake City among the best sellers in town and decided to buy my new vehicle from there. It was one of my biggest mistakes for negotiating with them, they were horrible with their behaviour and the customer service was zero.
I made an appointment online, but the confirmation process took more than 2 days and I was called upon by them after that. I went into the place at the time I was called but had to wait for an hour to meet the manager. He was not present in the showroom, therefore, I tried communicating with the receptionist to take updates about the manager but he soon got annoyed and told me to take my seat. I requested him to call the manager thrice but he didn’t pay attention to my words and kept himself busy with the other customers. I was annoyed and seated for more than 80 minutes when the manager of the company finally arrived. I went into his office at once but was sent out by him because he had just arrived and wasn’t ready yet to sit for appointments. He called me in after another half an hour. I had already wasted a lot of time so wanted the procedure to be quick. The manager was of a slow mouth and a slow hand. He did all his work slowly. He took 5 minutes to find out the model that I wanted from his register. He then called the manufacturer about the availability of the model. All his working staff were of a slow hand and consumed a lot of time checking.
He then confirmed the model I wanted. I requested him to show me the model before I finalize the deal, he refused to do it and showed me the partial images of the car. I was then told to choose a colour, which I did but was denied about the availability because they only had a single black colour in their inventory which they somehow convinced me to buy. It was time for the payment and I chose the instalment plan with zero per cent interest. The manager forced me to pay the whole sum at once and gave a lot of disadvantages to the instalment plan. All of his tricks convinced me to pay him and finalize the deal.
The expected delivery of my vehicle was after 3 days of the payment but the company somehow took a week to deliver my vehicle. The product was good but the customer service was very poor and the behaviour of the staff members and the manager was not friendly at all. These guys don’t realize that the market has plenty of other options. Please stay away from the Audi Salt Lake City, they are uncultured and rude.
