After nearly 4 weeks I have yet to receive my order. I have called millions of times to get a shipping update (nope – no automated emails) and they have been RUDE, have hung up on me, have forwarded me into voicemail, and they all tell me the same thing – “we don’t have shipping information – our computers are updating and we will have shipping information by the end of the day”. I asked to speak with a manager, was referred to Manny. I spoke with Manny who said the computers updating thing was false. He told me that he would look into my order and call me back within 24 hours. He never called me back so I called him back. He said the same thing – I will have the results of the trace by the end of the day. I hung up the phone, waited 20 minutes then called back. I asked for Jon Sinclair (who the BBB sayes is the owner fo APG). Manny refuses to forward me to Jon and refuses to give me a contact number. I told Manny who I was and why I was concerned, reiterating my entire experience with APG. He said he needed another couple of hours to look into my order and would call me back. He called me back an hour or so later, said my order was lost while being shipped. Yeah, right. I asked what there is to do next – he said he can either re-ship or refund. He promised he would get back to me today or tomorrow latest with the tracking #. Stay tuned. I have already filed a report with the BBB and am awaiting an update. I told Manny I will be filing a police report tomorrow if I don’t get a tracking number by tomorrow morning. Lori Reston, VirginiaU.S.A.
