I’m completely appalled by the services that these people are providing. I went there to get the braces for my child, but unfortunately I found that they were completely worthless and they did not have any work ethics. First of all, they seem to really really uninterested in what the patient’s wanted. And what was the requirements of the patients. As soon as I entered I was blatantly asked a single word question requirement? The assistant was busy fiddling around with her phone. And handed me a catalog without even looking at me the catalog had different prices different procedures and everything. So I had to choose from. I found that very rude, but unfortunately I did not do anything about could not do anything about it had to wait for four hours before I could see the doctor and I was not informed prior that it would take so long to see a doctor. The doctor was completely unprofessional and did not know how to talk to a child. The water quality of the doctor or the skills of the doctor was also not What it should be. He did not know what needs to be done properly andHad to ask another doctor quite frequently to understand what was the issue and what needed to be done to resolve it.
At this point I was of doubt if this was a doctor or if this was somebody else. So to avoid any further problem I rescheduled my visit with the doctor and said I would be visiting at some other time as we were out of time. I needed to be elsewhere. I wanted to complain about the doctor, but where would I complain to where the assistant is also doing the same thing without even paying attention to customers or patients. Management seriously needs to look into these problems or as they will be out of business real soon customer satisfaction comes first then anything. I definitely would not go for the rescheduled visit.
