on 6-12-06 I placed an order at auto cool.com. I was billed 22.94 on 6-20-06 for the order on 7-19 06. I called the company to find out the stats of the order. I was told the order had been cancalled and my moneys had been returned to my account. after checking my account I found that only 14.99 was returned. when I called the company they told me I was charged 7.95 for canncelation fees. I did not canncel the order. and if I had ..how can it be legal in the state of connecticut or any other state in this country to charge a fee for services not renderd. by the way it took till 7-14-06 to return the moneys that they did return. no replyes from company at all about this problem. I have scence found out this product dose not work as stated so I should be glad that i did’t loose all my moneys insted of only 7.95 BUYERS BE WARE!!!!! Richard casagrande, ArizonaU.S.A.
