on september 15,2017 i took my car to auto express to have a freeze plug replaced. the freeze plug was delivered after the given time and my car had been there since 8am. when i called at 230pm the part had been delivered but it was the wrong size and the owner john was out trying to find the right size. i dealt with mike in the beginning and i asked him what had been done to my car and mike said nothing, the only thing that had been done was the tire was taken off. i told mike i was coming to get my car. when i arrived at 300pm that same day i ran into the owner john and he was rude and obnoxious towards me. he explained to me what needed to be done and specifically pointed towards the freeze plug (indicating that nothing had been done at that point) stating that was not going to be the end of the work that needed to be done. we agreed on him just fixing the freeze plug. i received a call from mike @ 4:28 telling me that my car was ready. when i arrived @ 5:15 john and mike were standing in the parking lot and john was drinking a beer during business hours ( 8-530). john told me what he had done and the the original price had changed from 233.00 to 179.00. i asked mike what was the price difference and mike said the antifreeze was not put in. i then asked what was i being charged for since the labor rate was 69.00 an hour and the part was 4.33 and they started after 3:00. mike could not answer me. mike then looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and said what do you want me to say. i told him if i were a man you would have an answer. none of the work totaled to be 179.00 anyway you look at it or add it. i asked john what is my warranty on the freeze plug and he rudely replied stating one week, i said one week and he said yeah 7 days. i told him that i was going to report him and he said go ahead. all i want what is owed to me,he couldn’t even tell me what he charged me for
