They overcharged to have my front windshield repaired ($875) under the assumption that the insurance company would just pay the difference after my deductible was paid.They also committed fraud by getting me to sign an authorization that any unpaid portion could be deducted from my checking account under the pretense I was signing a work completion order. After getting my signature they filled in the checking account information above my signature (which is illegal).When I contacted them about this situation the manager stated, “I can charge whatever I want,” and “you signed the form and it is a legal document so you have to pay it.”In addition, it took several calls on my part to get a response from them regarding this and I had to wait several days in between calls. But when I didn’t return their call in 8 hours they took the money from my account immediately. Apparently upon investigation, this company has a history of this and changes their name rather frequently.
