sent letter to cancel policy. company received letter said it would take 4- 6 weeks to process. called back and rep said that refund was issued. the problem is they issued to adeactivated credit card and they said it was fault fornot telling them. i called the credit card to track the refund and we even got on a three way call and they insisted the credit card company received the credit the credit card rep said there was n9w refund received. so weaskedfor the receipt to substaintate there claims. to this date have received any response. i have talked 4 reps who keep sayingthat it was sent to paul theirsupervosor. still no respone. i have sent this to california attorney general office. ready to send an update to them. i checked the bbb web site and they have f rating.
