I took the car on 6th November for some Leak and which was fixed by replacing Drain plug gasket. Again I took back for the same problem on 11th November and again they fixed by replacing Oil Filter Housing Gasket and Oil cooler gasket. I took it back again on 15th November for the leak problem as Manager and Assistant Manager was not available on 14th November. Even on 15th Assistant Manager (Joe) told me that car will be only attended on 16th November as the Head Technician had a day off. This has caused me time, money and inconvenience.
