I received a call from them saying they could help me sell my vehicle because they have over 250 people right now asking for vehicles like mine. They said they could sell it by the end of Oct. I didn’t hear from anyone and in November I reduced the price. I again did not hear from anyone. In December I reduced the price to a ridiculously low figure just to see if I would get any calls. I did not hear from anyone so in January I printed my receipt and followed their “guarantee procedures” and asked for a refund. I did not hear anything from anyone. I feel I was ripped off and I deserve a refund.
