CWE have given a complaint for non functioning of the refrigerator about 15-20 days back. A person visited our place and informed that the compressor has to be checked and gas has to be filled. He came after two days to do the same, but immediately the next day, the condition of the refrigerator was the same. Even after calling several times and re-lodging the complaint, there is no response from either the mumbai service center or the aurangabad service center. If this is the kind of service provided i don’t think anybody should purchase videocon brand appliances. its really a shame for videocon who cannot check their service centers capability and sincerity. I don’t think they follow any rules while giving away the license for such service centers.
