After reading reports about A.D.C.I felt the need to respond. Mr.Wilbur has some top notch honest technicians. Sorry to say that integrity DOES NOT see its way to the treatment of customers or employees. The fact of the matter is he is a thief! Front end work is performed,customers ARE charged for an alignment and a majority of the time an alignment is not done. Mr Wilbur does not even own an alignment machine. On occasion a vehicle is sent out and aligned but more often than not people are charged for the service and it is never done! In Mr Wilburs own words “set the toe and let it go.” Diagnostics are charged double time! Half hour billed as an hour and hour billed as two. I will be the first to admit the purpose of any company is to make money but that does not excuse out and out theft. Employees take it in the shorts as well. Overtime is manipulated or just not paid. Benefits are non existent and the pay is overall low. When you consider the labor rate at A.D.C. is the highest around you have to wonder where it all goes? Mr. Wilbur of course lives like a king stepping on everyone he can along the way. He is a thief as simple as it gets. I will say if you want to be treated fair at A.D.C. go to Monroe. It is the same company yes but the manager there is ethical and you will be treated fairly and what you pay for is what you get. Mr. Wilbur on the other hand is the captain of a sinking ship. Don’t let him take you along for the ride. Labor and Industries are now involved.
