I ordered a cat for my truck from Auto Parts Warehouse on 14 jan 07. My credit card was charged for the item on 15 jan 07. On 20 feb 07, I received the wrong product in the setup. They said I was responsible for return shipping even though it was their mistake. After their error they decided not to make any attempt to fullfill my order even though I still wanted what I ordered. Instead, they informed me that it could take up to 6 weeks for the purchase price to be refunded back to my credit card. After 6 weeks I had not received my refund so I sent several email inquiries and called customer service. While apologetic, they seem incapable of simply giving me back my money so I can buy the cat converter from a competitor. As of 10 apr 07, I am still waiting for my money and I now feel like a victim of theft.
