AUTOSERGUZ INC. CAR SALES: DANNY RODRIQUEZ

I was experiencing some problems with my car; some times my car just wouldn’t start. So I took my car to AutoSerguz INC. When I took it there the two men said, Well it’s starting and everything works so there is nothing wrong! But I insisted that eventually the car wouldn’t start because it happened 3 times. So they said well it could be the starter. I said well is there a way that you can check it out? They said they would use a diagnostic check but it would cost $20. The computer wouldn’t work so then I was told that my car had an electrical short somewhere and that it could be stopping the car from starting! So I asked if they were sure, they both told me yes so I told him to fix it! 7 hours later they called me and told me that I could pick up the car that they found the short and unplugged my horn because it was wired wrong and that I need to go get another one and they fixed the cigarette lighter. It cost $165.00(I don’t smoke so I didn’t really care about it) the next day my car wouldn’t start. So one of the men came to my house and hit my starter with a hammer to get it to start. They took it back to the garage on a Saturday and said they would see about the parts on Monday. On Monday the got the part and told me it would be ready on Tuesday morning because 5 other cars were in front of me! I told them that my car was there since Saturday, and insisted it should be first, an hour later they called me back and told me my car was finished and charged me $175.00. So all together I paid $350 on a job that if they would have check correctly, could have been fixed the first time. Don’t go to this garage they have no idea what they are doing!
