In June,2008,I tried purchasing a 2001 Volvo S80 from this dealership and gave $500 downpayment. Few days later,the car developed acute transmission problems and at the same time,the loan comapany denied my loan.I returned the car. Management agreed to give me my downpayment the next day.It was not till almost 40 days later that they gave me $400.00.They retained $100.00 by saying that the Arizona department of motor vehicles kept that money for the 2 3-day temporary plate permits they gave me.Those p[ermits cost $1.00 each.I was so broke that I was happy to get the $400.00 back.I was bothered daily about that because, I sold cars for many years and never heard of such a charge. I went to the arizona department of motor vehicles with the volvo’s VIN and they checked it.No such money was exchanged between AutoStyles Affordable Luxury and the department. I have called them repeatedly about refunding that money.They dont want to talk to me or return my calls.Even after I left a message that I will be reporting them to various agencies,they never bothered to call back.They cheated me out of my hard earned $100.00.Now look what I have to do to let others to watch out when doing business with this company.
