This is one of the emails we reached out to them and continue to deal with this issue for 6 months. AND IT CONTINUES Kirby, I am at a loss for words. The yard leak was brought to your attention when it was discovered by me. We were notified by the water company about the leak. We notified you guys and the bathtub was fixed. We had to continue to trace the leak back after the water bills kept getting higher. As to our previous statements with the water company, does it not stand to reason that our record with them is not impeccable because we have been using 20,000 to 71,000 of water a month? Do you have a wife? Do you have children? Put yourself in my position? Do you have $1000 laying around to pay a water bill? We certainly don’t but me being a husband and a father I will do what I have to do to ensure a roof remains over my family’s heads. I will ensure that I can give my daughter a bath, wash her clothes, and make her a bottle. There is no way, in my mind or anyone I talk to, that a pipe busted in the yard and the contents released by this pipe is our responsibility. Your employer is taking advantage of us. Taking advantage of the fact that he owns the roof but not taking the responsibility. It is clear that the owner is not concerned with repeat business. While I appreciate you making contact with our water company on our behalf, I never expected this response. I should have and that is my fault. I suppose I still expect people to do the right thing. I understand you are just the manager, not the owner, and still have someone to answer to. I believe the property owner, in which you represent, one of the things that is wrong with this country. That is a completely different conversation. We will continue to live up to our lease agreement but I assure you there will not be another one. Again, I appreciate your help, as much as you could do, on this matter. .
