I brought in my radios to get tested, I asked for a simple diagnostic, a job that should have taken 5 minutes. (Plug in and give me a yes or no if they work). After several phone calls and a week later I stop by and they hand me a bill for over $1k. I never authorized this work and I never got an estimate. I’m furious and they treat me like i’m an idiot. I got them to lower the bill to $800, but this is completely ridiculous. On top of that they say there was nothing wrong with my radios. Do not do business with these crooks!!!
