Avior and Valour is a rip off skin company. They say that you can try their skin care for 14 days for as little as $3.95 for Skin Cream and $4.95 for Eye Cream. I placed my order on November 5th and they charged my card today the 17th for $98.73. When I called them they said I coud not get a refund because it was past the 14 days. I didn’t even receive the one product will the 11th. Than I found this on their website under Terms and Conditons. “We allow up to 4 days for you to receive your product in the mail.” Even if they allowed the 4 days for me to receive my product they are taking my money out before I could cancel. They small amount they sent would only last 14 days. They than try to continue to sell you the product you already have, that’ a sample. It’s a RIPOFF! Connie – Palm Harbor, FL

This product has given me a rash
This product has given me a rash on my face and eczema around my eyes. I am unable to speak to anyone when i call. I am transfered to a voicemail and no one has returned my calls and the e-mail address is not correct. I have had to cancel my credit card account so they can’t continue to bill me for a product i can’t use!
Beware of AVOIR "free anti-aging" offer.
Beware of AVOIR “free anti-aging” offer. They are an insidious, treacherous organization akin to organized crime. They have charged my credit card hundreds of dollars for two small viles of lotion w/o my knowledge. Beware of the samll print which is deceptive
No star, same complaints as in above
No star, same complaints as in above reports. Tried number on the AVOIR product but got a company that said they were sorry but somehow the AVOIR product is using their number on the labels. Cannot even get through to anyone regarding the Velour product. What a hassle and expense. Needless to say, I am discouraged by this also. I have purchased other products on line with no problem at all. No more of that now.
Its disturbing that companies like this are
Its disturbing that companies like this are able to stay in business The Better Business Bureau should shut them Down! Same thing all the other people are saying DONT FALL FOR IT“` they send you a trial sample and then send bottle after bottle of skin care product““
Deceptive practice of not clearly noting that
Deceptive practice of not clearly noting that the 14 day free trial period would roll over into a subscription unless the customer called this number to cancel:888.403.5993 When I called this number, they had no record of who I am, and “they said” they had never heard of Avoir Skin. At the Avoir Skin site, one is directed to the Vitalie Skincare, LLC site as a contact–go figure. After calling them, they assured me they would cancel the account, and give me a 30% credit to my card . . . this remains to be seen. The person with whom I talked did not seem too “with it.” I’ve got your address, Avoir (3760 W Mcfadden Ave., Suite B 602, Santa Ana, CA 92704-1392), and I’ve done a Google Map search–working out of a strip mall, huh . . . hummmm.
Avoir Skin Crème and Velour Eye Crème
Avoir Skin Crème and Velour Eye Crème marketing is definitely a scam! Like all the reviewers before me, I thought I was just getting a free sample and was shocked when I found charges on my credit card for

I saw the ad for this on the Dr. Oz show, thinking this company would be ok to buy from I fell for it. Do NOT fall for it!! You are directed from one product that “enhances” the last product to another! Of course all are either “free trail”
Avoir Skin and Velour Skin Eye Cream
Avoir Skin and Velour Skin Eye Cream are the products that are advertized all over the internet as providing you with absolutely FREE product if you only pay shipping. Sounded like a nice opportunity to try the product so I ordered the FREE product and paid them approximately 10.00 in shipping. They shipped 1 small bottle that was the Avoir Skin product which was essentially empty – there was something in the bottle, but it was too little for the pump to get it to come out. The other little jar had a cream in it… both were shipped in one envelope with absolutely NO PAPERWORK of any kind. There was NO notification that they had enrolled us in a program where they intended to begin making monthly charges to my credit card in the amounts of $94.63 and $98.73 respectively!!!!! I called them today and was told that they had already processed those charges to my credit card just 2 weeks after we placed the order for the “FREE PRODUCT-just pay shipping”. After arguing with them for a while, being placed on hold several times, etc. I finally said I will ship this stuff back to you immediately just as you shipped it to me! Mind you, we never got their actual product (although they had already begun charging me for it) and that one of the two trial size bottles that they sent was empty! They agreed to provide me with return authorization numbers and we immediately took the package to the post office – they told me that I had to return it with insurance on the package as well as a tracking number. We did that. I also said that I think I should call my credit card company and dispute these charges – they told me that it wasn’t necessary. I did so anyway… the credit card company told me that I did the correct thing by contacting them and that they would also block this company from being able to make any further charges to my account.
I signed up for a free trial
I signed up for a free trial of this product (avoir skin cream) and it’s partner product (revoir eye cream) and paid shipping and handling. I received two very small trial sizes of the product. No invoice was provided upon purchase or upon receipt. I called the company two weeks later when two charges identified as recurring ($89.15 and $98.73) were taken out of my account. I was told that while they could cancel my membership, my money could not be returned as I had opened the products. I am writing this in hopes that no one else makes the mistake I did. After careful research, some sites do explain that there will be recurring monthly charges of nearly $100 for each product. Unfortunately, the one I ordered from, did not. I have never done business with a company that automatically took money out of my account without notice. Reputable businesses should include an invoice advising of charges, and when they can be expected. Be advised, this is not a free trial.
I give no star because this company
I give no star because this company uses fraudulent practices. I am filing a claim with my credit card company and with the NYS Attorney General’s office. My experience with these people is either similar to or the same as all of the above comments. What a shame that companies such as this exist!
I asked to be sent a free
I asked to be sent a free sample of of Avoir Skin lotion, and was told only that it would be a 1.95 for shipping… There was no mention of any kind of continious contract for monthly product… Received the samples and for some reason i decided to then do research and saw that it was a likely scam… Immediately contacted Avoir and was told if i returned the product then they would not send out any more… I instantly returned the product, had not had it but 2 days before it was returned…. Wrote numberous letters telling them i did not want any product sent nor did i want them to use my CC for any reason… Today i received product with a 94.00 charge to my Credit Card… Have began a dispute for the payment with my Credit card and have as of this day returned the unrequested product… This is truly a scam…
I ordered a trial size product of
I ordered a trial size product of Avoir and Velour via the internet paying only shipping and handling. The product after I used it several days caused my skin to burn. I discontinued using. There were not return instructions when the items when they mailed to me. In the meantime another company kept calling trying to get me to accept “free gas cards worth $100 if I would try out another service. I declined the trial offer then they started calling again thanking me for order of Avoir and Velour. I checked my credit card statement and found they had billed me $94.53 and $98.73. I called customer service and advised I had not ordered any additional products. They informed me that I had agreed to this purchase when I clicked on the agreement purchase box. They said I had 14 days in which to cancel and return the original order and I was beyond that. I informed them I would contact my credit card company and they said it wouldn’t do any good because they had already done what they needed to do under law and I was liable. I told them I was going to post a negative comment on the internet and they said they were sorry but the best they could do was offer a 35% refund. They finally gave me two cancel numbers as a guarantee that I would no longer be billed for any further purchases. This was all extremely misleading and I feel totally ripped off.

I ordered Avoir skin care as a sample and nothing was said of a $89.10 charge at that time just the handling charge of $3.95 $1.95 for the cream and when I seen the charge on my bank account I called them and they was very rude and would not admit they did any hiding of the truth when it comes to good customer service and truth in advertising but they sure was blaming everything on me. This company has a good product but there business tactics are shameful and is nothing more than false advertising and they talk so fast you can’t get a word in without them being rude to you as I have said the product is good but very – very expensive but they lie to you so be very carful with these people.
Avoir skin cream is a scam, don't
Avoir skin cream is a scam, don’t be fooled. Product was advertised as just pay $4.95 this was for 2 products that had 2 separate phone numbers and when I called was told that if I wanted to continue i would only be charged $29.99 and no more. Ordered the products with the premise of believing I had already paid for the sample. Then in checking my bank statement found out I had been charged $98.00 for one product and $94.00 for the other product. I called the company and was offered 35
I ordered two free skin care products,
I ordered two free skin care products, just paid shipping per each item. They came in without a packing slip. I was debited $94.53 and $98.73, ot the under $5,oo shipping fee as stated. There was no fine print or mention of a trial offer. I clicked on the ad because they used Sandra Bullock’s photo and who does not want lovely skin like hers? I have no contact information so I plan to go to the bank and file fraud charges.
I was also the victim as the
I was also the victim as the previous reporter. It happened the same way. Since I didn’t get any e-mail confirmation from the company after placed the order and no receipt or any description about what I got after I received the products, I didn’t use both of the products. My credit card company discovered the unusal transaction, so I found this ripoff scheme. I called the company to cancell the whole transaction and challenged the payments. They refused to send me a return label or refuned me the shipping fees. LA CREME and BELLALABS did the same thing. Be aware! This report was posted on Ripoff Repo
Do not fall for this. Thought
Do not fall for this. Thought I was getting a sample for the cost of shipping – No where is it mentioned that there is a trial period of 14 days, which starts when the order is placed, not when it is received five days later, unless you click on the Terms and Conditions, it’s about five paragraphs down. Very deceptive practices. I called to complain when the charges came through and they offered me a partial refund on two of the products. I figured it was the best deal I was going to get. I’m highly suspect any refunds will come through, so I will update this report if and when that happens. I have included jpegs of screen captures of their trial pages. It is worthy to note that one must remove all cookies before accessing these pages, as once their cookies are on your computer, any attempt to access the free trial pages results in a redirect to a blank page, in my case Google.
I was online on a acting website
I was online on a acting website that I regularly use and a survery popped up offering a gift to complete the survey. I completed the survey and was offered the choice of 3 prizes, I chose Avoir Skin serum and was asked to complete a form giving my email, telephone and address for delivery as well as my credit card details to recieve the gift for $1.95 when the product was worth $99! I received a receipt from Avoir Skin for $1.95 on September 23, 2014 and the product came in the post but on going through my credit statement a month later, I noticed a charge of $98.73 had also been taken on my account on October 7, 2014. I rang my credit card company and they told me to ring Avoir Skin and take it up with them. I called Avoir Skin and they said that I had signed up to their skin trial and hadn’t cancelled within 14 days. I said that I hadn’t signed up to anything and had never visited their website; I had be given a gift of their product for completing an online survey. Avoir Skin said that in giving my address, email and telephone, I had agreed to sign up for their trial and accepted their terms and conditions. They flatly refused to acknowledge that I had ever been offered a gift and said that it was my fault that I hadn’t read the terms and conditions. Avoir Skin AKA Radiant Skin know full well that they are tricking people into signing up to a trial by saying they are offering a gift and these companies and any of their products should be avoided. Avoir Skin reluctantly gave me a 35% refund of $34.56 which they told me they were under no obligation to give and I closed the account (not that I’d known I even had an account with them).
I was really looking forward to ordering
I was really looking forward to ordering a sample of the Avoir and Velour Skin cream until I read several reviews like yours. It seems to work pretty well but they “automatically” charge you for a full-price product without notifying you. If the product is really that good, they wouldn’t need to do that. People would be sending in orders by the thousands. I guess they shot themselves in the foot.
