Where do I start… It took my wife and I an hour and a half to get the initial credit check, select a car and test drive it. It took the salesman, finance officer and whoeverelse OVER 7 HOURS to make up the contract. We were blatantly lied to about what my intrest rate was going to be (over and over again). We must have told our sales person Shaun, that under no circumstances would we buy a car if the intrest rate was goin to be over 10% (this was expressed atleast 15 times throughout this horrible event) and we were constantly re assured that it would not be over 7% (this was after the initial credit check) it came out to be 13.24%. LIARS! The Finance officer happened to convieniently not pont out the the intrest rate and the total amount financed. EVIL! Lied about the Blue Book Value of the car, said it was worth $17,000 but we would only have to pay 12,000 for it. The blue book value from the NADA guide estimated it to be $8,300, and Kelley Blue Book’s estimated retail value was $9,800. Added warrenties I didn’t ask for or approve. DISHONEST! Completely uncooperative when we tried to speak with the sales manager. He was extremely rude and absolutle no help at all, he didn’t care that he was ripping people off. When we tried to settle this matter through the finance dept. They said that the depreciated Ovr a couple thousand dollars as soon as we drove out the lot and that was why we couldn’t re-finance. Yes it’s true he really did say that. A lot more wrong-doings. Too many to list. Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership, they’re worse that scum.
