The bank authorities asked to pay 450 rupees as cancellation fees which was paid by me. Following that I confirmed my credit card cancellation through the axis bank customer care. But now the bank authorities are constantly asking for paying rupees 1999 as credit card charge which I had cancelled around 2 years back. They are harrasing as well as insulting me by posting the details of due amount of 1999 in the system which can be seen by other banks also. When enquired about this the authorities are blaming the Mumbai Headquarters of their bank and they are refusing to help. Its very shameful act by a company having much reputation. After lot many calls & e-mails nobody was responding. At last I mailed things to Chairman of Axis Bank. Within 24 working hours i got call from their Mumbai office & Delhi Office. Delhi guy named Mr. Gulati promised within two days his person will visit to settle the things. Till date even after one week nobady came, no phone calls. Above all my saving account kept in lien & sending me legal notice. If you call customer service its pathetic. They will keep you on hold for more than 5 to 10 min. after which response will be of no use.

Complaint to Axis bank, Kundara I signed the document for personal account and current account . Since the executive of the branch came to my shop and insisted me, I gave Rs: 5000 cash to executive. Eventhough the current account was ready, but due to the irresponsibility of the executive my personal account was not ready. Based on the complaint that I gave, 5000 rupees which I gave was given to me back . But I found out that money was continuousily charged from me, therfore I contacted the bank. Each time they made me to sign a paper, but no action was taken against the losing of money from me. At several instances I lost 5000/- and more money. Dear Forum, On 13th Jan 2010, I withdrew some money from Axis Bank Dr A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, branch via a check. I was given 32 nos, Rs 1000 denomination notes and remaining in 500. I deposited this money in an another bank against my loan. There they identified 1 Rs 1000 note as fake. When i took this note back to Axis Bank they just denied as being issued by them. The cashier and the manager both just kept saying that every note they receive they scan if for fake, hence no way a fake note would be issued by them. The cashier also mentioned that earlier whenever he accepted fake notes by mistake, hed had to pay the bank from his pocket, and he paid 12000 as such. I ask the cashier, is it the reason that you have a problem from bank and now you are passing down the problem on to customer. I told them again that i appreciate for all the processes you are following, and i said this note that i hold in my hand is from the same money that i received from the bank just 30mins back. It was like i am trying to prove i am not lying. On this they became reluctant and said that is not their note, and ask me to do what ever i want to do. The most surprising part was, leaving alone customer service respect, they said it is not our responsibility, you can go where ever you want to or go to RBI whereever… I want to know : 1. Is this how Axis treats every customer. 2. Is a customer or the cashier responsible for fake notes. 3. For such reasons would’nt the customer try to distribute the fake note/s further, saving his/her loss. 4. Is customer or the bank criminal. 5. Does a customer or the cashier needs to undergo such emotional trauma. 6. Shouldnt the process be to collect all such notes however they happen to come, and try to stop further distribution. Dear Sir I was holding your creit card. During the time of application I was not informed for any type of annual Fee. When i recieved my 1st statment, I had been charged a sum of Rs. 1600/- as Annual Fee. I contacted your Customer care Centre. ear Sir/ Mam I have booked ticket on irctc through my Credit Card of rs 4788 on 20th may 2018 tra id [protected]. This transaction had been cancelled and refunded the amount received to my bank account after few days. but after passing the whole year on [protected] without any intimate via mail or call they debited the same amount in my credit card i have called to the customer care many times but there is no satisfactory response from them. i have attached all the valid proof of my transaction. have been going to the priority banking branch at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad since the last 4 days for an original statement. They have been telling me that the printer is not working and asking me to come the next day. Also I think I am being profiled. They are asking me first which branch I have an account. I tell them that I have an account in the main branch at begumpet and not in the branch I am going to and after that they tell me that the printer is not working. Why do they need to know where my account is before telling me that the printer is not working? I am assuming that if I would have had an account in the banjara hills branch, they would have given me the print out. This is outright racism.

hello dear sir…!!! i m using the credit card of axis bank some how i lost my credit card so from mobile banking i block n replace the credit card the new credit card was dispatch also bt they delivered in my office address as now my transfer from Ahmadabad to vadodara so my branch in Ahmadabad was in s.g high way shantigram branch now i try a lot to reach n call the branch but no single person is orther about this n there is 0 response from them. as per your bank policy if my credit card is not delivered in my office addre as i was not there its him responsibility to delivered in my permanent address or call me and sent me in my vadodara address…!!! account NO:- [protected] account holder name :- Dipti Samani mobile No:-+91 [protected]

Hello I am Soumya who is also suffering from pathetic service from Axis Bank. I cheque bounced this month unfortunately because of delayed funds. I was the first one to inform bank about this and asked them for an online transfer of the same money as I do not reside in that city anymore. They were so stubborn about not providing any online facility and did not have the minimum courtesy to help me suggest a method. I finally told them that they can collect money from my friend, gave them the number and timings for calling. Even after a week, no one from the office calls her for collecting EMI. When yesterday, I write to them about this and to know if everything would be deducted from my account together in the next month’s EMI, they ridiculously ask me to pay either by cash or cheque in a near by branch. Don’t these guys understand what kind of is their customer is looking for? They irritate the hell out of you when you don’t answer their calls when something like this happens, but they do not behave responsibly when the customer herself is recognizing the mistake and providing different options using which she would want to pay. They send the email so curtly that I would never want to bank with them ever. I hope customer service in India changes. Soumya

I was inputing the card details and click on pay securely but after that it doesn”t seem to be ask for otp. And from my account Rs.6220.69 has been deducted automatically. Hello, This is Michael yashwanth sorna holding account no. [protected]. I have tried to withdraw 1000/- from atm (belonging to Laxmivilas Bank) in malkajgiri on 1st September 2018 at 02:39 pm. But I haven”t received any cash from the atm and transaction was failure for two times. But My account is debited with 1000/- (2 times) I haven”t received any cash for both the times. Please look into this seriously and refund my 2000/- immediately. I haven”t received any reversal till now which is making lose trust on banking with axis. Hi my account [protected] has been frozen from so long. It”s my salary account and it”s in minus 29000 and the amount has been already debited from my account in July now I can”t take my salary out from this account. I went to the Kirti Nagar branch twice but still got no solution. They asked me to submit my pan card my adhar card. J have done everything. They asked me to call Axis customer service I have called them a lot of times but still don”t got any response.

Hi Team, This is Thrinath Krishna, working in HCL TECHNOLOGIES Noida . I have priority account in AXIS bank. So as per you executive, I tried to open another account for my wife. Aug 1 st week if i am not wrong i had given the blank form with all the required signatures. Cheque of 50K, Adhar. Pan address proof every thing. I consulted My RM Abhishek who took the responsibility to open another account for my wife. He dint do his job correctly. He dint even know to fill up the form. 50k cheque had honored and Account is not opened because Name in Adhar and Pan is mismatched. He would have updated form As per Adhar . There wont be any issue. Finally after 2 months follow up to open songle account- i got frustrated and informed him to return my 50 K From last week again follow up started and still going on Can anyone intervene in this issue and resolve it. Hi The uti/axis bank credit cards division is a #ing division, they wont care about customers, they even don”t lift the phone when I called them up for 10 or more times in a day. The main problem is I have applied for a card and they did not send the card. but sending the bill of amount 5000 to my address continuously from last 4 months. I tried to call and tell them but they are not responding at all So I request everyone not to accept any offer from uti/axis bank credit cards division.

Hi, I am Parthasarathy from Hyderabad. I availed a home loan from UTI Bank for purchase of a flat at Seethaphalmandi in Sept 2005 for INR 13.50 Lacs, thru’ its DSA, Faizal Ahmed of SPANCO Marketing. The bank has unauthorizedly released the 3rd installment without any intimation to me, in connivance with my builder and DSA, in Feb 2006 to the tune of Rs. 2.85 lacs. For the past 5 years, I am making repeated reminders and requests to the bank to address this issue, as there exist involvement of bank staff, DSA and Builder. Bank is not ready to even accept the letter of representation and the worst is their customer care. Branch Manager do not wish to meet the customer and address the grievance instead they call and threaten, making allegations on the EMI payments. I am making a request to provide me a scan copy of the loan disbursement requests but in vain and do not know, what to do. They are simply saying that, you have signed the application which contains the terms and conditions; hence, cannot deny or delay an EMI and this act of the bank staff or DSA doesn’t fall into their responsibility. Any inputs / suggestions from experts, as this has become a nigthmare for me as the builder is still not handed over me the “construction completion and handing over certificate” since, he got all his money from the bank directly.

Hi, I had applied for a credit card from the Axis Bank. And they informed that I’ll receive the credit card within 20 business days. However the ###ing people didn’t even call me for verification and when I called and enquired they are asking me to call to some other place and all bull ###. I never had a such a irritating and ###ing customer service.

hi, I had applied for axis bank credit card due to frequent calls from their marketing executives and they promised me that this is a life time free card and no initial charges will be incurred on this. As per this I applied and got the card, on the first month itself, I had made a transaction of Rs.300/-. When the statement for the month came it is showing and additional Rs.500 as initial charge. I had made the payment of what i have taken. Now, they are frequently calling me to make the remaining payment. I’m not planning to make that payment as it is cheating from their side. I would like to cancel this card but I don’t know the procedure to cancel this. No cancellation procedure is specified in their website as well.
