I bought a mattress from babcock furniture in Sanford, NC and after a year it starting sinking I called them to replace it and they sent someone out to look at it and said there was a stain in and I had to clean it. Okay fine, whatever, never heard of that if you have a warranty. So I did not clean it fast enough for them and they told me I can”t replace the mattress under my warranty because I never cleaned the water stains??? first of all I always had to call them, they never explained anything to me properly and all they could say was call 1-800-babcock know darn well they were not going to do anything as well. So basically I”m out of a bed and my hard earned money. After I pay this mess off they can forgot about me ever buying anything from them. I will report this matter to the better business bearu!
