I tried to do a comprehensive background check to verify what a job applicant told me about his past problem with the law. I was willing to hire him because he was being truthful about a past run-in with the law, I just wanted to verify there was nothing he was ommiting. I paid $29.95 to do the comprehensive background check and it came up with 3 hits for his name. I clicked on the first one and it came up clean, as in, nothing but his name and address. I clicked on the second one and the website asked me for another $29.95. Like an idiot, I paid it again thinking I would get different results. Again, I got nothing but his name and address. Fool me once, shame on you… I immediately filled out the help form explaining what happened and asked for a refund. The only emails I have received back are thanking me for spending $60 for nothing. This guy told me he had a record. BackgroundReport360 told me they found 3 records and tried to charge me $90 to read all three. I read 2 of them and all I got was nothing. Stay away from this company. There are plenty of others to try. .
