Stephen Rosenburgh, Don’t do business with BAF Capital you will be scamed I have over 400 emails with Stephen, in the emails Stephen time and again guaranteeing 100% approval after I made five payments on time. the only thing that Stephen has done on time is damage my business… this is a letter i wrote Stephen and his response was “i need more time” so i will contact the owner and the agencies for investigation. | Dear Mr. Rosenburgh This is letter is to notify you about a problem I am having with the loan that you sent in email guaranteeing 100% approval after I made five payments on time. I now have made twenty two payments on time and you and BAF Capital have dropped all communication with me. It is my belief that it was a scam and that you never intended on holding up to your end of the deal. As stated in many emails the only reason for taking the loan in the first place was the 10 year loan that you guaranteeing 100% approval for. At this point I need BAF Capital to uphold the deal that was promised. I am dissatisfied with your service and have already attempted to resolve this problem by emails and phone calls that are ignored. I can supply copies of my records if you need them . | Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. Please contact me to confirm that you will honor my request and the agreement. I have prepared a complaint for submission to the proper agencies for investigation. I will not file the complaint if you resolve the problem within a timely manner.
