DeMarcus Bailey employed my husband as a CDL Driver. My husband was paid for the first three weeks and then was told to sue for his paycheck for the next three pay days. My husband did nothing wrong to have his pay withheld. He completed picking up and delivering for Bailey Trucking until he was advised that he would need to sue for his paycheck. DeMarcus is refusing to pay and does not care that it is a financial hardship for a man to work three weeks and not receive his pay. Bailey Trucking was paid for those loads and has no explanation of why he did not pay my husband who was out on the road and completed the work. My husband when he first went to work had a load on the truck that was abandoned by the previous driver and completed the job. He was told by the a relative of the previous driver that DeMarcus did not pay him either. This employer needs to be held accountable for ripping off employees.
