The bait is an offer for a free trial for $4.95 shipping and free product. Then they blindly charge you $79.95 on your credit card. Garcinia Cambogia. My wife also ordered Mango Cleanse for $4.95 for shipping costs only. They must slip in terms and conditions that most people don’t completely read the fine print. We received two charges for the 79.95 and 77.95 for the Mango cleanse that was only supposed to be shipping charges of $ 4.95 each. When we receive our credit card statement, they added two charges for the 79.95 and 77.95 which is nearly $320 unseen and unagreed to charges. I called Balanced Garcinia Cambogia at 888-493-5999 and cancelled the bait and switch program and attempted to cancel the Mango Cleanse. They stated that was another company and another phone number. Both items were shipped from the same location and PO Box 25380 in Santa Ana Ca.. The other phone number I had to call and cancel was 888-410-6505. Both operators read from a script which was very similiar and tried to discount the materials and sell us more. Don’t get sucked into disceptive advertising and disceptive claims and think you are getting something cheap,( Shipping only) and get stuck with $320 of unauthorized charges. I am disputing the charges on the credit card as asking for a refund is beyond our capability as learned from other complaints. DO NOT DEAL with either fraudulent company unless you have hundreds of dollars to throw away! My wife has learned a lesson by this scam.
