They ruined my friend’s wedding

My friend got married last week. Like every other girl, she wanted to have the perfect wedding and as per our planning, everything had to be perfect. She found the perfect guy and we chose the best theme and food according to the theme. We even found the wedding dress she had always dreamed of. A designer was generous enough to listen to our thoughts and designed the dress accordingly. For her dream wedding to come to life, she needed a bay resort. For that, we decided to choose the Balboa Bay Resort. We had planned a destination wedding and just to make sure we get the best services at my friend’s wedding we paid a lot of money than usual. Still, we regret our decision. You always need to make sure that you should be dedicated to your customer’s needs and wants and always deliver quality services to them, but Balboa Bay Resort has failed to satisfy their customers because of the awful services they had.
All the relatives and friends had an issue with the hygiene of the rooms. The room service was pathetic. Every single day we had to face the embarrassment of bad quality food. Upon complaining they did not even bother listening to us. One of the groom’s aunts complained that she checked in to the room quite late so she needed a few hours of peace. She said that around 7 am she was woken up to the noises of the cleaning staff. According to her, the cleaning staff was talking too loudly in the morning without caring about others. She got upset and called the front desk immediately to let them know, and she was amazed to see that the lady at the front desk did not like this at all and was very rude. She then came to the parents of the bride asking about this and they were so embarrassed in front of her. We agreed on each and every term. We even paid an extra amount that usually no other resort asks for and even then we had to face such embarrassment for two days of the trip. The third day was the day of the wedding. Everybody was on time except the priest who had to knot the two love birds. He arrived an hour late to perform the wedding. For the wedding dinner, we agreed to ten waiters who would be serving the appetizers and wine. Amazingly, the waiters were not at all trained to serve. One of them spilled wine on one of the relatives. The waiters responsible for the appetizers were roaming in just a corner and after a few minutes, only 6 waiters were witnessed. The rest of them were standing in a corner gossiping and having wine as if they were in the guest list too. The wedding dinner was also the responsibility of Balboa Bay Resort. The food was supposed to be Italian but the served dishes were all Mexican which did not blend with the décor theme. Everything that we did on our own was perfect and Balboa Bay Resort showed the maximum level of irresponsibility and both parties were embarrassed in front of the guests.
