I am sorry to say that Bank Alfalah has the MOST PATHETIC service. This is the second time happening to me. The first time, I received my debit card almost after 3 months. Now, according to SBP guidelines, pin and chip debit cards are to be issued to all customers. It has been a month since I requested an upgraded debit card and all they say “kuch dinoun mein mill jae ga” and provide an invalid tracking number. Height of irresponsibility. There is no way I can keep track of the card through “courier” because they don’t even send it! PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Once I receive my card by mistake, I will discontinue their lame excuse of a bank account.
