I lost track of the several merchant statements given to the company. The process is long and confusing to me.
I don’t need broken promises and bad client’s service from their staff and I didn’t feel comfortable with the process of paperwork.
I contacted the team to know about company agreements and no answer from their side. I lost interest in working with the unfriendly team when they refused to call me about the details of merchant statements and the company information. I didn’t see interest from staff for customer service.
The client’s service should be a priority and I experienced none of that. I don’t see this payment processing company as experienced in their field of work. It isn\’t important to make a client feel happiest with the work of Bank Associates Merchant Services – BAMS.
People need the best client service a handshake isn\’t the deal when in merchant statements and processing statements isn\’t at this company.
The atmosphere of the company felt hostile to me and it turned me away from them. I refused to go on with the process of statements at Bank Associates Merchant Services – BAMS.
I deserve better and changed my mind about this company. Their payment processors aren’t intelligent. I had no assistance in the process agreement and my stressful days didn’t allow me to continue the statements deal with Bank Associates Merchant Services – BAMS.
I couldn’t continue my status with a company that isn’t useful in my paperwork information. There’re no pleasant manners from the team and no acts of kindness toward me.
From the first day nothing worked for me I felt pressured into filling forms and giving unnecessary information to the merchant service of statements. Fees overpriced and my encounter with unpleasant staff didn’t give me the opportunity to move on in this company with my business statements. It isn’t worthy of me and for having not satisfied my needs.
They didn’t try to show me their best skills and is not what I expected from Bank Associates Merchant Services – BAMS.
There\’s no interest in offering client’s excellent services and I didn\’t have assistance in paperwork, and the inexperienced staff doesn’t have a clue of what to offer clients company agreements. I discovered the company is shady and don’t fulfill their promises to clients. Payment acceptance isn’t easy, and they don’t care for client issues.
They look for upfront fees and don’t refund these fees to clients. It is a disappointment to clients and not what I would want others to go through as I have at Bank Associates Merchant Services – BAMS.
I have been unhappy dealing with this company and didn’t care to go on unhappy in process of statements. I learned to not support a company of poor skills in all fields as this one has and had shown me.
There’s no easy process with statement processing from this company. Nothing is as mentioned in online advertisements. Don’t fall into the trap of lies with this Bank Associates Merchant Services – BAMS.
