Well, I was looking for a new bank. I have never heard of many of the banks in the Seattle region and decided to stop in here to get some information about services. In doing so, I spoke with Ms. Haley Cannon.
I was shocked by how rude the service was – and from the ’relationship manager’: Haley Cannon. I had a number of things I wanted to do with a bank account. But, Ms. Cannon could barely make eye contact. She seemed to be confused with the ins and outs of the institution she worked for. I asked specific questions regarding checking accounts, savings accounts, and where the bank was located throughout the US, as I travel frequently. None of my questions were answered – at all. Ms. Cannon slouched and seemed non-enthusiastic with regard to helping to get me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I left with no information regarding the personal accounts I desired to open. And, a bad taste in my mouth on top of that. Would this person be someone I would have to interact with from time to time? She showcased no initiative to even ask me clarifying questions to see what her institution could do to help me on a very personal level with some basic accounts.
I would not recommend it!
