Banning Management claims to manage, consult and provide financial planning for Le Baron condominium association and it’s board director. At the same time, they purportedly do not manage the property and have little knowledge of the property and its conditions. In addition, Home Owners Association spendings and historical documentations are not available to all home owners consistently and there are no owners meeting held on a regular basis as commonly done by HOAs. Such incidents have been reported previously. In 2008, Department of Business and Professional Regulation filed a violation. At this point, the accounting practices, income reporting, and assessment fee spending are questionable and need to be investigated.
