I have purchased two hundred dollar worth of Hotel vouchers from ‘ bargain breaks, www.bargainbreaks.com.au [protected], that was a phone deal in 2011 February and i paid with credit card. The deal was 20 nights hotel for two people and meals at the hotel where optinal, vouchers are valid for 2 years. I rang to book a hotel for easter holidays and they said they would ring me back to confirm their bookings. This was in february 9th and they said would call me before the 14th .I have not heard from them and every time i ring i get a automatic recording mashine that tells me to ring a different number then the phone goes on engaged signal. I rang the number [protected] and it is not valid. I have also rung them prior for other bookings and found the stuff not co-operating nor friendly. One stuff member argued with me over the deal that was made and it had all changed form the time i made the deal. Hoping you can help me with some answers to this nightmare . Two photos of vouchers are attached Thank you Gisela Mclay
