I wanted a change and made an appointment to buy a Mini Cooper, at the MINI.

I thought it’d give me something to look forward to every day, a new car and a new experience.

My appointment scheduled for 10am and I got there half an hour earlier to look at new cars and their prices in the meantime and know who my salesperson is. In the beginning, I felt I had everything going fine.

The appointment time arrived, and I started the process of paperwork for a new deal on the Mini Cooper. I filled in forms, but the information wasn’t enough for the main office staff.

Two weeks passed by and I got no emails or telephone calls from staff at MINI; this didn’t feel good to me. Every day I called to know of the progress of paperwork, and nobody answered my calls or emails. The procedure of paperwork didn’t make the process go quickly and I didn’t feel satisfied with the constant filling in of forms.

Nobody assisted me in the documentation, and I felt unhappy with the unfriendly staff members trying hard to ignore me at the front desk.

I wasn’t pleased with the process of paperwork and decided to take my business elsewhere. The most convenient way to get what I want was to go to another car dealership. I realized the slow paperwork won’t give me the satisfaction of what I want to purchase from here.

The unwelcome I felt in the office didn’t make my short stay at MINI feel pleased with company staff members.

There’re no smooth car deals here and I changed my mind to continue my services with MINI. The workshop at MINI had an unprofessional layout of parts and of tools for Mini Coopers.

Car deals at this dealership isn’t an easy process. The delayed paperwork changed my mind to purchase a Mini Cooper at MINI.

Staff members aren’t friendly and didn’t assist calling me back or emailing me of the delayed paperwork of the Mini Cooper. There’s no staff member willing to call back customers to notify them of the delayed paperwork. I don’t see professionalism from MINI and the staff members aren’t qualified for customer’s services, for salespersons, no qualification for communication skills and nothing positive from this company to have me purchase the Mini Cooper from MINI.

My experience at MINI wasn’t the best and from the moment I walked into the offices I experienced rude and nasty staff attitude toward me. I felt annoyed with the untrained and skilled staff at MINI.

I had no assistance in the updated information of car dealership agreements and didn’t feel comfortable in conversations with the company staff members. The terrible services I received from MINI shows customer’s service is no priority at MINI. I don’t recommend MINI due to the stuff I experienced at MINI. You won’t receive a top-notch customer’s service at the car dealership and don’t waste your money there. I don’t advise anyone to buy a Mini Cooper at MINI.
