Baron’s service contract is a rip-off. It takes two-three weeks to schedule an appointment and THEY DO NOT ORDER PARTS. The service techs say that the management does does not believe the customers and won’t order any parts until a tech confirms it. On the phone, the service people tell you the delay in appointment is because they have to order parts. They lie. They will tell you the part is ordered, but this is a scam and a lie. If you need anything fixed, figure 6 – 8 weeks (e.g. all summer) before anything actually gets repaired. The longer they don’t have to order parts means the more $ they make and they love to lie.
