Dear team I have been trying for several days to speak with a customer service rep to cancel my subscription. I can not get through on your 800 # because it keeps the call in a “special offer” loop. You need to fix that number because customers are really going to be upset with you. You could refer this to your I T Department and allow them to adjust this feature but honestly I don”t think your target customer market is interested in these special offers it”s probably better for your reputation to just discontinue this feature on your 800 #.
