The minute I hired Barry S Mittelberg in Broward County Florida to finalize documents for me in a case that was already resolved, a million problems started. Barry Mittelberg refused to show me the papers he prepared. He kept telling me he had to go to court to re-litigate so he could assure himself that the other attorney would sign the papers. He scheduled severasl hearings behind my back and told me after the fact that the other attorney decided that he was not in agreement with the settlement that was he had already confirmed.
