About 10 years ago we ordered 3 bars stools from Bill Mann. We received them & were very happy with them. They were very well made. I found him again on the Internet & ordered 6 chairs to match the bar stools. He sent us an invoice on 1/30/13 & the chairs were to be shipped on 3/4/13. He told us that he would give us a discount I’d we paid cash instead of using Pay pal. Because we had done business with him before, we put the deposit, $648.00, into his Fitness account in Wells Fargo. We called him in late April or early May because we had yet to receive the chairs. He said he was getting over the flu & that he had to do a rush order for a restaurant 1st. On 6/14/13 he sent us an email that he was waiting for swivels from Chicago. Since then, we have emailed & called him. He no longer answers his phone & doesn’t respond to emails. These are his different companies: Wm. A. Mann EdD, PhD, P.E. I know that your chairs are waiting for some parts. They upholstry is complete and the chair frames are complete, waiting to be powder coated. We do not powder coat the frames until the day before they are to be shipped as we do not want them to be damaged in the factory. We expect Dr. Mann to be back to work on Wednesday of next week.
