When you accept their conditions: “You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur subject to the payment terms that will be disclosed to you at the time you make your purchase.” The funny part about their deal: “As determined by the content provider of the Service, subscription fees may be automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time, unless notice is received from the subscriber seven (7) days before renewal. ” So that means that you have to cancel your subscription 7 days before the next payment. But the deal is for only 2 days… so yeah.. u just aggreed to pay for 2 days and a whole month. The weird thing is that under their $2-USD-deal they say: “Then billed $29.95/month if you do not cancel” …BUT YOU CAN NOT CANCEL IN THOSE 2 DAYS! :p Pls everybody, always read Terms of Service

21/06/2018 Advertised a trial for $2 for two days but this is not the case as immediately $89.95 was deducted from my account. I never asked for a three month membership so realised I have been scammed but to make matters even worse the quality of their resource material is pathetic to say the least. Essays are written by people who have limited knowledge in the subject. The essay may come up when searching but when you require more information it is often not there. Not sure what I have paid for so will warn everyone please do not get taken in with this site. Most people would be financially poor students so please take notice. Beware of this fraudulent site! I paid for a $2 essay in March and then was billed the $29.95 for March, April, May and June. I rarely go into my Paypal account, so didn”t realize I had been billed $120! When I reached out to complain they were unwilling to credit me – even though they could see that I had not been used the service since the initial download in March. They also were not able to supply any email communications or confirmation of the subscription – only pointed to the small print (in grey) on the site with their terms and conditions. So unethical and dishonest!

Hi I had the exact same issue as everyone else. I did their $2 free trial and when I tried to cancel within 48 hours I wasn”t able to. I contacted the company twice during the 48 hour period trying to get it cancelled and no one had gotten in contact with me. I called the number that was on this website but it was their domain name and they said if I felt they were abusing their services and scamming people to contact [protected]@web.com so they can avoid this from happening again. They also suggested to contact my bank in order to get my money back because the company is not going to do it. I strongly suggest people write to the abuse email and report this website. I made the BIG mistake of giving Bartleby.com my Credit Card information. I purchased the 48 trial for $2 dollars with there $29.95 monthly charge per month if you don”t cancel within the 48 hour trial period. I attempted 3 times to cancel within the 48 period but there contact page would come up a blank white page Everytime I clicked on it. That leads to no way to contact them. Sure enough, on the third day there contact page worked fine. I emailed them explaining what happened & there response was the same as all other complaints I”ve read. “As per our terms we can not issue a refund.” There is never a name or anyone else to contact. Just generic responses. I”ve emailed them back four times explaining what happened. They don”t even offer to look into an IT issue that may have caused a blank white page to appear when clicking on Contact page. To top it all off there Essays Suck!
