Worked in their service depts for years, unfortunatley, got to see the side of the business that screws it’s customers everyway it can. Do you have an extended warranty? Then don’t take your car or truck there! They will call you saying, hey, we found several leaks, we will get this covered by your warranty only then to have the tech use brake cleaner to clean off the fake leak and tighten your bolts up for you, ultimately ripping off you, and your extended warranty and you get to pay your deductable. Their entire service dept, ran by Chris Back, and Ken Moore, Jim Moran are all liars asking their employees that are service advisors to dig deep on extended warranty policies at the expense of your wallet so they can pay their monthly payments on several houses and boat, etc. All thanks to your wallet. I saw this first hand, as I was told to do this more than atleast 50-75 times over a 5 year period and seeing techs perform subpar work, charging out parts only to not have them installed then returning the parts back to the parts dept. Service ran by empty suits looking to thin your wallet. Buyer Beware, tow your vehicle somewhere else for repairs… Long story short, to many advisors and techs that have been in this dept to long and have been told to perform this way by upper management that are to money hungry.
