Personal growth is facilitated by setting and working toward goals, assessing and building strengths in these areas to develop skills and resources that help them manage life challenges. As a professional, I focus on working collaboratively with my clients in a safe and open environment to identify goals and work towards positive resolutions.My therapeutic approach integrates CBT, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused, Existential, MI, Trauma-Focused CBT, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused techniques to help individuals, couples, and family achieve more balance and satisfaction in life.I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and elders who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, substance abuse, stress, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts.
