I work with college students and professional who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or even cases of “over-perfectionism.” I tend to work with individuals who on the surface, might look like things are fine, but underneath experience loneliness, dissatisfaction, and a genuine disconnect from the life they lead. I work with those who maybe have been in therapy before, but have not found the right “fit.” I provide evidence-based therapies that target symptoms and focus on developing concrete skills to get back in control, help you feel less depressed or anxious, and feeling more connected with you life and those around you! As a TF CBT certified specialist, I also work with people (child, teens, adults) who have experienced trauma, and are working to reduce post traumatic symptoms, and shift from feeling like a victim to becoming an empowered survivor. I also work within the Eating Disorder community, and work in a clinic that provides integrated dietitian care as well!
