I took my Roadtrek motorhome for tire replacement to this center while staying with the owner of Beaver United Campground.I was informed that I needed brake pad and shocks also. I am a 70 year old woman and I travel a lot via motorhome.I did not think they would rip me off since I am the friend of the owner of a campground who refers a lot of work to them. I was wrong. My son informed me that my Bilstein shocks have a lifetime of car warranty. I had requested all replacement parts be placed in my camper. I found only one shock left. When we comfronted the shop they said they had thrown away the other shocks.I just wanted to obtain the shocks and have them looked at by another company and then replaced under the warranty.
