They will not fix any repairs. They will ignore you until deadlines past so you are stuck with renting another year or pay to break the contract. The only time they will contact you is if you are late on your rent. You will never get any of your questions answered because they will tell you they will call you back and they never will. When you keep calling back even after weeks, they just say that they still haven’t talked to Elaina (which means they never will). Terrible!!!

Scott Bloemer and Elaina Hollingshead are two of the most dishonest people I have ever tried to deal with. I rented a home from them last year. Major repairs showed up right away. They absolutely refused to deal with the issues. Even going so far as to lie and say they had sent somebody to fix when nobody had ever even been there. They even threatened to charge me $300 when I called code enforcement after months of no productive response from them. | Lena Walker, who was still answering their phones in September 2013, was possibly the rudest person I have experienced in a customer service position. She would literally scream at the top of her lungs into the phone and hang up on me. | If you or anybody that you know are looking for a house to rent, never rent from them. They have a history of bad business going back many years. If that isn’t enough, you might want to check out their actions regarding a civil case in Sarpy County where the were defrauding elderly people out of their homes. Absolutely horrible human beings. |
