I was just one of the many victims. My credit card bank found the unusaul transactions, so I was able to contact the company and challenge the payments. The company refused to send me the return labels or refunded my shipping fees. The service person on the phone said I stole their products. What a disaster to go through the process! We should find a way to report these scams to federal consumer protection and help other comsumers. .
