Bella Ridge / 1st Lake are making fake 5 Star Reviews to cover up all the negative ones real residents wrote since people who live here know the complex is bad and the management is worse. Debbie Younger NEVER actually lived at Bella Ridge and was told to write the fake 5 Star review to boost their ratings. These no good people at 1st Lake /Bella Ridge have been doing things like this for a long time. Don’t trust any 1st Lake property. They have a long history of screwing over hard working people and not caring who they lie to or cheat as long as they get your money.
