Issues often addressed with clients include loss, abuse, anger management, stress, self-esteem, parenting, marital or family conflict, child behavioral problems, assertive communication, anxiety, and depression.Sessions with children ages 2-12 are held in a therapeutic playroom, where they can use toys (their “words”) and play (their “language”) to express themselves. I received my Play Therapy training at the University of North Texas from Dr. Garry Landreth, an internationally recognized leader in working with children.
