One month later I am billed a second time for one of the products. I just called and they told me I never called to cancel, no record of such a phone call. That is a completely false statement. I pushed back very hard and they refunded me half of the price, and put in for a full refund for me but I have to wait for them to contact me. This is complete BS… gives marketing a REALLY BAD NAME. The person I spoke with this time was not willing to listen to any more of my complaint, he politely said… thank you for your patience, your refund of 48.91 has been processed. Thank you for calling Nouvaskinrenue and hung up on me. HATE … HATE … HATE THESE devious direct selling companies. | At the beginning of the call they only give you options to press a number per item ordered… and hang up if you do not press at least 1. I called back pressed 1… it verified my order had been cancelled. I then pressed 2 and it verified that my second choice had been cancelled. I then decided to quickly press 0 and got a live person to talk to. He denied I ever called, yet their recordings tell me that I did cancel everything. He also said my first order was cancelled because payment was rejected. NOT TRUE… I HAVE THE PRODUCT!!! BOTH SHIPMENTS! THEY LIE TO GET money out of you. Then said the best he could do was refund 30%, NOT GOOD ENOUGH… then when I threatened to file complaints I was told I could have 50 % back and order will be cancelled. this is exactly what they said the first time I called. They LIE… and this is stealing. cheated people
