I ordered a pair of wedding shoes and when I recieved them the they did not look as pictured. I contacted them immediatley. I was ignored for a week. I emailed again, I recieved a response asking for a picture of the shoe. After the manager recieved the picture I got the “oh must be the designer” crap. She said she would contact them and never responded. After I week I wrote back then “oh i was sick”. I said the shoe is not as pictured and dont even care. I have no time to return it and find another shoe. The manager just blames the designer. Even though all her website pictures have this buckle that doesnt exist, The manager knew the buckle didnt come on this pair of shoes and still didnt change it. She was unproffesional, totally unapologetic. SHe keeps saying she wil contact the designer and doesnt. She knowingly sells items that do not match the website.
