I found a puppy on PuppyFinder and called the breeder. He wanted us to meet him on Interstate 40 at exit 93. We paid $300.00 for a “puppy” that was supposed to be 12 weeks old on Oct 13, 2016. She smelled bad and her teeth were dirty. She was supposedly born on 7-15-2016. They also brought another dog becuase I wasn’t sure which one I wanted and she was supposed to be 4 months old. I’m sure she was much older than that. When I took her to the vet for her shots and such, my vet looked at her and said she is over 1 year old. Then they cleaned her ears, gave her shots and brought her back to me. I asked the vet again if she was sure she was over a year old and she said she could be 2 years old. The vet said she had just came out of heat or they bred her and she had a false pregnancy. This person should be stopped. I feel like this is a puppy mill. These dogs and puppies need to be rescued. I am glad I could rescue my sweet Cherry, but am sad for the other dogs.
