Back in 2012;i ve requested a Services to file for Chapter 7 & 13 for Bankruptcy. Our initial contact with a secretary” JAN JURICISIN,u201d seemed to be great and very knowledgeable.I had NO counseling session with my lawyer,and we sat uu everything VIA E-Filling (agreement), provided necessary documents, and finished paying our fee of $1800/6 months payemen. All this period of time were just paperwork to file and necessary Dox requested by Benjamin legal service office. I had no idea how the process go and what made things worst is Kevin benjamin (lawyer) had never made me a phone call.I start dealing with Jan Juricisin who,after a year of processing said that i need to get a CERTIFICATE OF COUNSELING,then i figured out that i’m dealling with a Time goes by and i found out promises without actions;then start communication with Jan;requesting to hear my lawyer’s voice for the first time.i left tons of messages then he left me one message stating that he called. since then,i was unable to reach him.i was so happy when i found his contact along with his profile.i finally found my CROCK. Now i’m asking for my money,no calls back,no return calls,incorrect e-mail address.I was able to reach a diffirent person beacause JAN has no answers for me.she takes my infos,record the conversations and that’s all. Please STOP this guy from Ripp Off.I need my money back for no service.
