I went to BENSON to buy and I got ripped off, I knew what I wanted, a Honda Pilot 2012, a salesperson approach me, Phillip Rodriguez, he said he will work for me to get me the best deal, we test drive a 2018 pilot, I said I like it but I wanted to try the 2018 as well, he went around the bush and never showed me what I wanted, end up at his office, he asked me about my trade in, he offered me $9000 and I said lets do it , at the time we were doing the paperwork the finance lady had me sign on a extended warranty that i never request and a Gap Insurance that in my case it would not be worth it because of my trade. he offered me to drive the vehicle to my place, at the time he handed me the keys I looked at the miles and it had 660 miles than the paper we signed. After reviewing the paperwork I did found out that he never gave $9000 for my trade in, he gave me $8500 instead, I went back to the dealer and they offer me to lower my APR, take out the extended warranty and change the amount of the trade in back to $9000 , they also offer me a different warranty for a longer period at a lesser price and just to topped off, Mr. Rodriguez bribe me to give me a 5 star survey for a full tank of gas. Wouldn’t you call this a RIPOFF
